Badge earner demonstrates the ability to effectively manage disagreements within a team in a constructive and respectful way. The learner understands key concepts such as disagreement, prevention strategies, structured conflict resolution processes, and the use of feedback systems. They are able to communicate clearly, apply empathy, and contribute to a positive team environment, especially in intercultural or international training contexts.
To get this badge, trainer:
Participated in practical exercises or simulations involving team disagreements;
Reflected on personal conflict management style and areas for improvement;
Engaged in peer or group discussions on real-life conflict scenarios.
Activity content and badge-issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.

A brief description of the situation and an explanation of the chosen approach, upload the finished result;
A reflection on what the participant understood about the depth of the situation, possible boundaries, and when supervision, mediation, or external support may be needed.
